Returns & Refund Policy:

At SprayFoamGreenLand Online Store we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope that you are satisfied but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

Please follow the instructions below when packing and sending your product for return. It's important to note that the instructions below must be followed in order to allow us the opportunity to process your return:
If you shipped or bring it back to us within 30 days with your proof of purchase, we'll give you a Replacement or a Refund.

Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process. No credit will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "like new" condition).

If you don't have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase, please send us an e-mail or call our Customer Service and we'll give you a credit or a refund with vouchers.
We will charge 25% of restocking fee from original invoice price if product is return after 30 days of expiration and in good, sellable condition.

Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked. For example, if you are sending it through the FedEx, UPS, Purolator, ICS Courier please request delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost during shipping, and cannot process your return until the item is received.

Once we receive your return, we will process your request and ship your replacement via ICS Courier. If you have requested a refund (SprayFoamGreenLand website customers only), we will issue credit back to the original credit card used for this purchase. We will notify you by email after your return has been received and processed.
